Who can access the Bloomberg terminals in the Business Library?
Bloomberg terminals are restricted to Haas graduate students and faculty, and are managed by Haas, not the Library. The four terminals are located inside the Computer Lab in the Business Library, on the third floor of the Student Services building.
Haas graduate students, staff and faculty should have access to the terminal with their Calnet ID and can create an account once logged in on the terminal. Haas undergraduates and other UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff can inquire about obtaining access by emailing helpdesk@haas.berkeley.edu. Students are required to be working on a research paper/project that is sponsored by a UCB faculty member.
There is no remote access. The terminals are available during Library Services hours only. You can see hours on the website. For spring semester: M-TH 10am-9pm, Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 1-5pm, closed Sunday.
