Requesting Duplication from The Bancroft Library
How do I submit a duplication order? How much will it cost? Can I get a high-resolution scan?
Answer
All requests for duplication services must be placed through our online requesting system, Aeon. Please review our terms of use, fee schedule, and turnaround times before submitting a request.
Please note that we no longer offer a photocopy option. Duplication orders are for high-resolution images or pdfs only.
Orders for new high resolution imaging (works without existing high-res digital image files), PDFs for bound material, and whole reel microfilm duplication have a turnaround time of 8-10 weeks after payment has been received. Existing digital files have a turnaround time of 20 business days. Invoicing for material held at our off-site storage (listed as SLF-N in the catalog record) may require additional time.
We accept credit card payments (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) via Aeon. We do not accept cash, bank transfers, or vouchers.
