Requesting Duplication from The Bancroft Library
How do I submit a duplication order? How much will it cost? Can I get a high-resolution scan?
Answer
All requests for duplication services must be placed through our online requesting system, Aeon. Please review our terms of use, fee schedule, and turnaround times before submitting a request.
Please note that we no longer offer a photocopy option. Duplication orders are for high-resolution images or pdfs only.
Orders for new high resolution imaging (works without existing high-res digital image files), PDFs for bound material, and whole reel microfilm duplication have a turnaround time of 8-10 weeks after payment has been received. Existing digital files have a turnaround time of 20 business days. Invoicing for material held at our off-site storage (listed as NRLF in the catalog record) may require additional time.
We accept credit card payments (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa) via Aeon. We do not accept cash, bank transfers, or vouchers.
